Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moore is an Hollywood writer and actor who's talent has brought her recognition and critical acclaim. Sagittarius. The actress was born on the coast of North Carolina December 3, 1960. She's the oldest of three siblings born to Peter Moore Smith, a paratrooper as well as Anne psychologist.
